Topic: Busting Barriers in Your Job Search!
Whether one is at the beginning of - or well into - a job
search process, barriers to success can (and often do) arise.
Barriers come in all forms - e.g., insufficient job search
skills / techniques / strategies, emotions, beliefs, attitudes,
insufficient occupational skills, lack of clarity regarding
your "brand" and/or goals - and can block one or
more areas of your search.
Tonight's session will involve interaction / sharing and
insights and helps from Sandy, as well as brainstorming of
"barrier-busting" strategies. .
Sandy's personal, interactive, and "tell it like it
is" style have been well-received by CMS participants
in the past, and I expect people will come away from tonight's
meeting with some new insights, as well as having helped a
fellow participant in his/her journey.
